A web app that turns any GitHub repository into an animated, narrated walkthrough of the codebase. Paste a repo, choose how to scope the analysis, and get a scene-by-scene explanation with voiceover, diagrams, and code zoom-ins. Also delivered as a GitHub App and a VS Code extension. Free while in beta.
Multi-agent platform
An agentic platform on Anthropic Managed Agents with multi-agent coordination, DAG-based workflow orchestration, tool gating, memory, planning, evaluation, and a full audit trail.
Agentic payments, in production
An agentic payments platform for insurance TPAs, MGAs, and carriers, pairing a Claude SDK analysis layer with evented money movement. Advanced agentic patterns delivered safely in a demanding domain.
Reusable integration assets
A reusable pattern (MCP servers over OAuth) that exposes production business services to Claude and other AI clients, plus RAG and ingestion pipelines that ground large external datasets for analysis and decision support.
Direction across a portfolio
Setting technical direction and architectural standards for agentic AI across a portfolio of ventures. Hiring and coaching engineers, and leading delivery from inception to production under governance and human-in-the-loop oversight.
On the side
I design and ship narrative-driven games under the name Argon Studios, including Agent Classified, a spy-thriller built for Apple Watch. Building for tight constraints keeps my product and engineering instincts sharp.
Away from the screen
When I'm not building, I'm in the water. Surfing is my reset: reading conditions, being patient, and committing fully to the wave you choose. It's the same instinct that makes for good engineering, minus the compiler.
